The Torque Tester 21CFR is a highly accurate instrument that is manufactured by Testronix Instruments. This equipment helps in calculating the opening and closing torque of bottles and caps with closures. The motorized torque tester provides accurate test results to the user.
The bottle is placed near the fixture of the instrument and with the help of an automatic rotating mechanism the machine opens and checks the torque value of the bottle cap.
The accurate torque value which was required to open the bottle cap is then displayed on the touch screen display. This is a highly accurate instrument and very user-friendly and complies with all international test standards.
