Working principle salt spray tester

The FRP digital salt spray testing chamber will be operating on the principle of accelerated corrosion testing. This will simulate harsh environmental conditions to evaluate corrosion resistance of materials as well as coatings.

 

This testing equipment will create a corrosive atmosphere within its chamber by spraying a salt solution onto test specimens, subjecting them to accelerated corrosion over a specified period. The working principle involves maintaining precise temperature and humidity conditions within the chamber to simulate real-world corrosion scenarios accurately.

 

When the specimen will be mounted and placed inside the chamber then testing configurations will be configured and create a corrosive atmosphere.
