Medical Syringe Push & Pull-Out Tester

1. Syringe Push Force 
   – The axial force required to push the plunger to deliver fluid smoothly through the needle. 

2. Syringe Pull-Out Force 
   – The axial tensile force needed to detach the plunger from the barrel or the force required to pull apart the luer/needle connection. 

This tester is critical for validating injection performance, user safety, smooth plunger movement, and needle–luer bond strength. It is suitable for all syringe sizes: 1 mL to 60 mL, including insulin syringes, prefilled syringes and disposable syringes. 

Equipped with precision load cells, motorized speed control, and flexible universal clamps, the instrument ensures consistent, repeatable results as per international medical device standards. The computerized variant enables graph plotting, data logging, batch reports, and automated Pass/Fail evaluation, making it ideal for medical device manufacturers, QC labs, and R&D facilities.
