The flammability testing is one of the widely used quality control method that helps manufacturers in assessing how easily the finished product will get ignite or burn when exposed to fire. This testing will encompass various protocols that will measure the material vulnerability against burning.
This lab testing equipment has been designed as per IS 15061 testing standards. This will ensure the user will get accurate laboratory testing results. You can easily check the burning rate at which the material will burn.
The flammability tester will work on the principle of fire resistance and evaluate the fire resistance of material by stimulating real-world fire conditions. To conduct the flammability test, you need to put the sample in the sample placement area. A controlled flame will be applied to the material in horizontal and vertical position to test the flammability strength of the sample. The material will be exposed to the flame in the set position and after specified exposure time, the flame will get automatically extinguished.
Once these steps will be followed the results of flammability testing will easily be recorded. In this way, you can easily test the flammability of materials.
