The Drop Tester pneumatic model is a highly accurate instrument to conduct the drop test for corrugated boxes, plastics, Bottles, Automotive components and buckets. This instrument functions with the help of a compressed airline. The hydraulic operation makes this a user friendly instrument. The flap movement is fully automatic. These flaps are adjustable and moveable as per the requirement of the user. The pneumatic drop tester also has auto locking facility at the time of opening and closing of flaps.
The drop tester can successfully conduct face drop edge drop and corner drop of corrugated boxes with the help of the adjustable rotating arm.
The drop tester helps in ascertaining the Drop Strength of corrugated boxes while warehousing & transportation.
The Drop Tester adheres to various industry standards like ASTM D5276. The instrument can also be customized as per ISTA Standards 1A and 3A on request
