Cobb tester assists in measuring the amount of liquid penetration into a sheet of paper or cardboard accurately. 
This instrument follows IS 1060 industry standard.

Cobb Sizing Tester is a very well-designed equipment for my usage. It gives a lasting impression with its components brightly polished and bright chrome plated. When I checked the cobb resistance of corrugated paper, the entire assembly of the cylinder and clamping arrangement pivoted well was so easy and fast to pour off the water that it almost worked like a child’s play device. The water absorptiveness or the cobb value was accurately displayed too. That was the best part of the testing machine!
