The balloon burst tester is an essential instrument which is used in the flexible packaging hits till plastic paper Bag industry. The balloon burst tester is a highly accurate instrument which helps in checking the quality and integrity of tubes and flexible pouch material. During the test air is filled inside the plastic or paper pouch and hence pressure is created inside the pouch. The test helps in calculating the pressurise burst of the specimen. The instrument also consist of two sets of straight and firm holding jaws to hold a specimen tight.
Basic pressure is exerted by the jaws which are equipped with small hair nozzles that helps fill the air inside the specimen. The highly accurate pressure sensor records the increasing level of pressure in the sample. Hence the peak value is saved and displayed on the digital read out.
