  • Take the upper clamp upwards with the use of a pneumatic cylinder by turning the rotary switch to the OFF position.
  • Place the specimen on the lower clamp so that it completely covers the Lower clamp.
  • Now bring the upper clamp down on the test specimen with the help of the pneumatic cylinder by turning the switch to ON position.
  • Make sure that the test specimen is firmly held and there are no chances of slippage.
