The Vacuum Leak Tester is a very important instrument which helps in assuring the quality of bottles and other elongated containers. It is used in bottling and packaging industries. This model of vacuum leak tester is specially designed to test PET bottles accurately. It helps in leak detection with high precision.

The instrument adheres to Standards: ASTM D6653
Altitude Simulation Seal Integrity Test Methods Altitude simulation is crucial for bottles and other packaging material when transportation takes place at high and varying altitudes. This test can be conducted in either a dry or wet desiccator depending upon package contents

    • A Control panel has inbuilt Vacuum Generator of suitable capacity.
    • It consists of a high accuracy Vacuum Sensor connected to the Vacuum Chamber. 
    • Signals from the Sensor are sent to a Microprocessor based Indicator-cum-Controller
