The Torque Tester touchscreen is one of the most accurate instruments in the bottle testing industry. The torque tester helps in calculating the accurate opening and closing torque. The Test value is displayed on its touchscreen. The touchscreen has various advantages such as easy data management and analysis for computerised test reports. The torque tester consists of accurate sensors which provide the user with accurate test results. The instrument also consist of an inbuilt thermal print system which helps in printing of test results.

The instrument also has a provision of adjusting mandrels/fixtures depending upon the size of the cap or the bottle. Torque tester has a robust body structure and is one of the most popular instruments in the bottle manufacturing industry. The torque tester consists of latest cutting edge technology and has a feature to save data test reports. The Torque tester is an accurate and precise instrument to test the fastening of Lids and caps on bottles. Once bottles are subjected to load under twisting the instrument calculates the torque value or the force required to open or close the caps on any of the bottles.
