  • Turn the machine ON by plugging it in the main socket into a 3-pin 15 amp socket. You can ensure that all operational safety notices and pre-requisites have adhered to the standards.
  • Turn ON the “Main ON” Rocker Switch from the Control Panel. After that, fill the air saturator with DM solution.
  • You can easily fill the air saturator with DM solution then you need to prepare the salt solution to fill the reservoir tank.
  • Once the above step will be performed, then you need to prepare and place the test specimen between 15 and 30 degrees from the vertical and preferably parallel to the main direction of the horizontal flow of fog through the chamber.
  • Make sure that the samples are placed in such a manner that they do not contact each other or any other metallic material. 
  • Ensure that the salt solution of one sample should not drip on another sample. After following these steps, you can easily commence the test.
